Taking Skinny Fiber

1. Know your health issues.

If you are an unhealthy person, please expect that it may take longer for you to lose weight. Reason being is that you need to get healthy first before your body will be READY to lose this extra weight. You may have some health issues that Skinny Fiber needs to work on first. Depending on how off balance your body is, when you start your Skinny Fiber journey, you may consider taking 2 capsules 3x a day. If you do this, you may need to buy from the website the Buy 2 get 1 Free or the Buy 3 get 3 Free so you have extra products. One bottle will last you 30 days if you take 2 capsules 2x a day (there are 120 capsules). So, if you take 2 capsules 3x a day or 3 capsules 2x a day you will need 180 capules for the first month. If you feel that taking 4 capsules a day has little effect on you, you may have to consider taking 6 capsules a day for at least 2 months (60 days) without fail.

2. When is the best time to take Skinny Fiber?

You can take Skinny Fiber in different doses at the times of the day that suit you best. It is recommended that you take 2 Skinny Fiber capsules, twice daily, 30 minutes before your 2 largest meals of the day – typically lunch and evening meal. However, we are all different and some people will find that a larger dose of 2 capsules 3 times a day or 3 capsules twice a day will make a huge difference to their results. Here are some suggested routines:

4 capsules a day:2 x capsules before lunch and 2 x capsules before dinner

6 capsules a day:3 x capsules first thing in the morning and 3 x capsules early evening or2 x capsules before breakfast, 2 x capsules before lunch and 2 x capsules before dinner

You can alter the times that you take Skinny Fiber to suit you. For example, if you are very hungry mid-morning and mid-afternoon then take yours then. If you are a late night snacker, take your dose mid-evening to curb those cravings. The important thing is to be consistent and make sure you take them regularly every day.

3. Drink PLENTY of water!!!

The direction says to drink 8 ounces of water when you take your capsules, but personally, I drink 16 ounces ( regular size water bottle) then in between my next dose, I will drink another 16 ounces. This was the HARDEST PART of taking the product for me. I was NEVER a water drinker! I could go on for days without drinking water as long as I have milk teas, sodas, iced teas, etc., in the refrigerator. But, now that I am on my 18th day of my 90 day challenge, drinking water has become very easy to do. For some reason, my cravings for flavored drinks is now gone! Now, I actually crave for water when I'm thirsty!

4. Take Skinny Fiber EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!

Because of our busy lives, this is sometimes the hardest thing for people to do...TO BE CONSISTENT. If you are SERIOUS about finally getting healthy and waging war on obesity, then we need to do this completely COMMITTED! Set a time on your cell phone if you have to as a reminder on when to take the product.

5. Know what you're eating.

Limit eating too much sweets and processed foods. Stay away from drinking sodas. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Try to eat 4-6 small meals a day.

6. I get this question all the time...What if I don't eat on a normal schedule? My answer is, then take Skinny Fiber as if taking your medication. Take it every day at the same time and you'll notice some wonderful changes will start happening! Give Skinny Fiber a chance for 90 days, you will be amazed!!!
